What to bring
Your ID, results of previous tests and a list of medications you take regularly — they give the doctor the full picture.

Arrival
Arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment to calmly complete the formalities and sign the GDPR consents.

Parking
Free parking is available next to the building. Additional spaces are at the nearby Lidl store (free for up to 2 hours).

Payment
You can pay for private visits at reception by card or cash.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for private visits — you book directly. A referral may only be required for some services reimbursed by the NFZ.
How do I collect my test results?
You can collect results in person at reception with your ID. The delivery method (e.g. by e-mail or phone) can be agreed with reception on the day of the examination.
